The high speed and small diameter of orbit in this plate shaker combine to offer a true vortexing action in each well of the microplate.
Vortex mixers are compact and stable. A fixed-speed vortex mixer is available which provides vortexing at 2500 rpm, a standard setting for many applications. If greater variability is required, the variable speed vortex mixer can be used, which offers variable speed from 0 to 2500 rpm.
